On it's second round, Riyadh Fashion Days is coming to life very soon, featuring an exciting variety of local and regional designers in the fashion industry.This time around, the event will be conceptualized as a Showcase.

Riyadh Fashion Days will be a talent-hunt opportunity like no other.The vision is to establish a solid ground for the Saudi fashion industry through an outstanding Fashion Design Competition that highlights local talents.Many local designers have made their footprints in the industry through Maison Bo-M and they want to showcase the various pathways each designer has gone through.

Riyadh Fashion Days will become a fashion talent hub for all those interested in moving forward in the industry, in which solid grounds are being established.Therefore a big part of the event will include workshops, talks and panel-discussions by prominent educational institutes in the local and regional market.

Starting from today, JETRO, the Japan External Trade Organization hosts Japanese culture and fashion products introductory event ''Tokyo Meets Riyadh'' with cooperation of Art of Kohl Ltd. Co., owner of Maison Bo-M.This event aims at introducing traditional and contemporary Japanese culture to KSA with the latest fashion items.

The exhibition section consists of three zones, namely Traditional, Cool Feminine and Street.All exhibited items, such as dresses, jackets, shoes, bags and accessories are brought from Japan and well known Japanese stylist, Ms. Aya Kato conducted on-site display coordination.Ms. Kato will also hold a special workshop for Saudi ladies about Tokyo contemporary dressing style.

Saudi Design Week is the culmination of both local and international participation.In it's inception and launch, the fair aims to raise awareness to the importance of design and aims to encourage local and regional upcoming talents. In its opening series of events during February 2014, the fair sets the stage for an exciting year of design events and activities to come.

Saudi Design Week is in it's essence a festival for design and visual culture.The fair’s program is divided into curated exhibitions, workshops, design forum and several activities all taking place within the context of design.Temporarily transforming the major cities of Saudi Arabia into different platforms to discuss, judge, and admire good design within its appropriate contexts.

For the first time ever, Saudi Design Week created by O Art Projects will host a fair exclusively devoted to exhibiting and supporting design products by established and emerging designers both national and international.The series of open events will extend beyond one main venue and affect different areas of the city center.Saudi Design Week will bring together masters in the field of design with emerging talents both locally and internationally.

Saudi Design Week is currently organized by Oasis Magazine in Partnership with the King Faisal Foundation for Research and Islamic Studies.

Five upcoming Saudi fashion designers in the Kingdom will showcase their latest Autumn/Winter 2013 collection through a one of a kind multi-brand trunkshow at the Maison BO-M Gallery.For it's opening night, the Bond designers will be treating their guests to an exclusive viewing and walkthrough of their collections while enjoying some delectable delights from the Maison BO-M Café.

Maison BO-M is going to celebrate the 4th edition of the Riyadh Fashion Days to present the brand new Autumn/Winter 2013 collections of regional designers.

Riyadh Fashion Days is dedicated to women's Prêt-à-Porter, evening wear, abaya, bags, shoes, hair accessories, fine jewelry and fashion jewelry.The Riyadh Fashion Days is a response to the increasing number of local designers with a passion for fashion, beauty and looking for a career in fashion.


Date                 : November 11th - November 14th, 2013

Opening Hours: 8:30 pm - 11 pm ( Ladies only)

Venue               : Maison Bo-M Galeries, Nojoud Mall, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The 4th edition of Riyadh Fashion Days will showcase over 25 brands from the Middle East and the fashion exhibition will end on January 31st, 2014.

Tickets are sold at Maison-BO-M Boutique in Nujoud Mall: SR 150 per day, SR 400 for 4 days.
