Joanne Ooi, Plukka's CEO, received guests who got a first- hand glimpse of the exquisite Plukka pieces.Also in attendance was collaborative designer Virna Chakardemian, displaying her creative genius through her latest collection Yeprem, available for purchase online.The event was attended by the who's who of Dubai society, including the regional designer and artist Nadine Kanso, socialite Nada Rifai, restaurateurs Poonam and Gulu Vani, among many other influential guests.

The edgy jewelry on display and the unique concept of Plukka were widely well received and will bring a sparkle to the Middle East.Guests were particularly thrilled with the notion of a new avenue to shop for fine jewelry, with many of them getting online at the event to make purchases.The Plukka website boasts more than 800 fine jewelry styles in 18K gold, diamonds and gemstones, made to order at prices between 60-80% off customary retail.
