The nose-to-tail concept focuses on a menu that utilises the many various cuts of meat with combinations of fresh ingredients to create a unique and diverse palette of flavors, while reducing food waste.All the meat is sourced locally when possible, supporting the local farmers as a result.

The food is simply divine.With heavy Middle Eastern influence, the bold and unique flavors are given a modern twist, a pleasant surprise for both the jaded foodie that's gone too many rounds on the fusion scene, and the newcomer, excited about different tastes and flavors.Dessert also has diners talking, thanks to an Emirati chef whose passion for scrumptious desserts has led to the creation of a mouth-watering array of Emirati desserts.

This exciting new dining venue, one in a long line of trendy and thriving food and beverage offerings from Manzil Downtown Dubai hotel, comes as part of the hotel's recent rebranding and refurbishment, which has led to a cooler, plusher, bolder look and feel to this already established urban boutique hotel.
